Claude Chat

Communication · Writing

— Why use it

  • Huge time savings — writing emails, reports, summaries. Time divided by 3 to 5.
  • Instant professional quality — tone, style and structure suited to the context, without drafts.
  • Analysis & summaries — upload documents, transcripts, data; extract the key points.
  • Brainstorming — generating ideas, exploring approaches, refining strategy.

— How to use it

  • Open Claude Chat at claude.ai or in the app.
  • Describe the need precisely ("Write a sales email for…").
  • Upload content if needed (PDFs, images, transcripts).
  • Adjust tone, length and format — then copy and use it.
— Sales
Prospecting and customer follow-up

Use case: 20 prospects to follow up → 20 emails personalised by type of customer and stakes.

Result: personalised emails written in minutes instead of hours.

— Developer
Technical documentation

Use case: New API coded → upload the code, ask for complete Markdown documentation.

Result: documentation suited to the context in 5 min. About 30 min saved per documented function.

Be precise and detailed

"Write a sales email for the financial sector, focused on IT savings, professional but warm tone."

Give context

"I work in HR at a tech start-up, our values are innovation and inclusion." → aligned results.

Iterate and refine

"Cut by 20%", "more formal tone", "add figures". It is a conversation.

— 02 Design

Claude Design

Interfaces · Mock-ups

— Why use it

  • Ultra-fast prototyping — from idea to interactive mock-up in minutes, without complex code.
  • Professional design without a designer — consistent, impressive interfaces, even without design skills.
  • Lower costs — fewer freelancers needed for mock-ups and quick prototypes.
  • Clear communication — a mock-up is worth a thousand explanations for stakeholders.

— How to use it

  • Open Claude Design from the dashboard or the app.
  • Describe your vision ("SaaS analytics dashboard, metric cards + charts").
  • Choose the format: wireframe, high fidelity, interactive prototype.
  • Refine ("change the blue to green", "more minimalist") then export.
— Sales
Customer presentations and pitches

Use case: An attractive slide deck + feature mock-ups for a product pitch.

Result: pitch + mock-ups in 1 day instead of 3 (design + dev).

— Developer
Front-end interface prototyping

Use case: Before coding, an interactive prototype to validate the UX with the client or team.

Result: immediate feedback → less rework. 10–15 h saved per project.

Be specific about style

"Minimalist, Apple-style" ≠ "colourful and playful, Slack-style".

Describe the target user

"B2B companies" vs "independent creatives" → very different visuals.

Give a palette

"Use #FF6B6B and #4A90E2 as the main colours".

— 03 Code

Claude Code

Programming · Debugging

— Why use it

  • Faster development — assisted code generation, review and refactoring.
  • Smart debugging — complex stack trace → root cause and proposed fixes.
  • Better quality — review, refactoring, best practices, stronger security.
  • Learning — explanations of patterns, trade-offs and pitfalls.

— How to use it

  • Open Claude Code (terminal, VS Code or app).
  • Describe the need ("REST API for tasks in Node/Express" or "debug this pagination").
  • Provide the existing code / project context if needed.
  • Accept, edit or iterate, then integrate (copy, git, IDE).
— Product manager
Rapid feature prototyping

Use case: Feature idea → MVP coded in a few hours (possibly low-code).

Result: an idea tested with users before full development.

— Developer
Day-to-day development and debugging

Use case: A 4-hour task (endpoint, DB migration, refactor) sped up by Claude Code.

Result: more time for architecture and business logic.

Give the technical context

"Node/Express stack, PostgreSQL database, JWT auth" → consistent code.

Share examples

Show your coding style; Claude applies it.

Always test before merging

Claude is an assistant, not a source of truth.

— 04 Cowork

Claude Cowork

Collaboration · Team

— Why use it

  • Smooth synchronisation — several people on the same document / design / project, without version conflicts.
  • Shared context — a single source of truth for the whole team. Fewer meetings.
  • Fast feedback — built-in comments, versioning, history. Frictionless iterations.
  • Less overhead — fewer emails, Slack threads and status meetings.

— How to use it

  • Create a space ("Project: Dashboard redesign", "Q4 sprint").
  • Invite the team with granular permissions (view / edit / admin).
  • Upload resources: docs, designs, code, specs — all in one place.
  • Collaborate in real time; Claude can generate recaps, changelogs and reviews.
— Sales manager
Multi-team campaigns

Use case: Marketing briefs + sales angles + account managers' customer context — all in Cowork.

Result: a campaign aligned across teams in a few days.

— Tech lead
Sprint management

Use case: Specs, asynchronous code reviews, architecture docs, blockers — all centralised.

Result: shorter team meetings and shared project tracking.

Define roles

Who writes the specs? Who approves? Who comments? Clarify before you start.

Comments > messages

Feedback on the document → context preserved, better than Slack threads.

Summarise regularly

Every week: a progress summary. Claude can generate it automatically.

Claude training: your questions

06 / Answers

How long is the Claude AI course?

The programme is tailored, from 1 to 5 days depending on your teams' level and goals: a one-day introduction, or a full pathway including Projects, automations and Claude Code.

Is the course taught online?

Online only, in a virtual classroom, always using your own documents and real use cases.

Do we need technical skills?

Not for Claude Chat, Projects and Cowork: being comfortable with everyday digital tools is enough. The Claude Code module is for technical profiles.

How can the course be funded?

IIA (the company 2IIA) is Qualiopi-certified. In France, the course can be funded through your company's skills development plan. We help you put the file together; quote within 24 working hours.

What about the confidentiality of our data?

The course includes a GDPR module: which data to share with Claude, which privacy settings to turn on and which plan (Team, Enterprise) to choose for your level of requirements.

Claude or ChatGPT: which one should we choose?

It depends on how you use them. Our comparison of AI tools for business sets out the strengths of Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Mistral to help you choose.
