  • Describe the need and the business context precisely.
  • Upload documents, code or data for a contextualised result.
  • Iterate through dialogue until you get the result you want.
— Executives / HR
Writing & summarising documents

Use case: Reports, meeting minutes, summary notes from long documents.

Result: Writing time divided by 3 to 5, instant professional quality.

— Developer / Product
Code, prototypes & documentation

Use case: Code generation, debugging, interface mock-ups, technical documentation.

Result: Development 2 to 3× faster, prototypes in hours rather than days.

Give the business context

Sector, desired tone, constraints: the richer the context, the better the result.

Upload your documents

PDFs, code, transcripts: Claude works directly on your content.

Iterate, don't accept the first draft

"More concise", "more formal tone": it is a back-and-forth, not a single order.

Create business GPTs

One GPT per recurring process (standard contracts, support replies…).

Check the figures

Always cross-check factual data before sharing.

Separate work and personal use

Use a Team/Enterprise account for data confidentiality.

— 03 Copilot

Microsoft Copilot

Office · Microsoft 365

  • Native integration — directly in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint.
  • No change of tool — the team stays in its usual environment.

— FAQ

Frequently asked questions

09 / Answers

Should we choose a single AI for the whole company?

Not necessarily. Many companies combine a general-purpose tool (Claude or ChatGPT) with one built into their office suite (Copilot or Gemini). The key is to avoid spreading yourself across too many tools at once.

Do these AIs replace the work of teams?

No. They increase capacity on repetitive tasks (writing, summarising, basic code) and free up time for strategy, customer relations and creativity.

What about data security and confidentiality?

Each vendor offers enterprise plans with confidentiality commitments (data not used for training). Requirements vary by sector: Mistral and Copilot are often preferred under strict GDPR constraints. Check the contractual details with your IT team.

What is the overall cost for a company?

Most of these AIs offer a free or trial tier, then paid per-user plans (from a few euros to a few tens of euros per month). Copilot and Gemini are often included in, or add-ons to, existing licences (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

How long does it take to train a team?

Getting started takes half a day per tool. Mastering advanced uses (complex prompts, automations, workflows) builds up over several weeks, through real use cases.

Who can I contact for support or training?

IIA helps companies choose, deploy and train on generative AI, whatever tool you pick. Contact us for a diagnosis suited to your organisation.
