These internal rules are drawn up in accordance with Articles L.6352-3 et seq. of the French Labour Code. Their purpose is to set out the general and permanent rules on discipline, organisation and the running of courses delivered by 2IIA — Formation en Informatique et Intelligence Artificielle.
These rules apply to all learners enrolled on a course delivered by 2IIA, for the entire duration of the course. Accepting these rules is mandatory to confirm enrolment on a course.
Learners must diligently attend all training modules and respect the scheduled times. In the event of absence, lateness or early departure, the learner must inform 2IIA and justify the reasons.
Respectful behaviour towards trainers and other learners is required. Any form of harassment, discrimination or verbal or written violence is strictly prohibited.
The learning resources provided are strictly for personal use within the course. Any unauthorised distribution or reproduction is prohibited, on pain of immediate exclusion from the course.
Even when training online, learners must make sure they use digital tools in conditions that protect their health and safety (proper posture, regular breaks, an ergonomic workstation).
In the event of a breach of these rules, sanctions may be applied, ranging from a written warning to permanent exclusion from the course. Any sanction under consideration will be preceded by an interview with the learner concerned.
2IIA undertakes to respect the confidentiality of learners' personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The information collected is used solely for course administration and will not be passed on to third parties without prior consent. See our privacy policy for more details.
In the event of a dispute or disagreement over the application of these rules, mediation may be offered between the learner and 2IIA's administration. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
These internal rules apply from 01/08/2023 and are brought to the attention of each learner before final enrolment.
