AI in business: your questions
How long does a project take?
It depends on the project. The schedule is set with you and written into the quote before anything starts. Team training lasts 1 to 5 days depending on the programme.
How much does it cost?
Each project is priced after a 30-minute call, based on your needs and the size of your teams. The quote is sent within 24 hours.
Do we need in-house technical skills?
No. We design and set up the tools, then train your teams to use them. One contact person on your side to approve choices is enough.
Is our data safe?
Every project starts with a GDPR framing: which data to use, where it is processed and which rules to set for your teams. The EU AI Act is covered in the audit.
Which tools do you use?
Claude for AI agents, n8n and Make for automations, Airtable and custom web applications for management. We start from your existing tools whenever possible.
Are there grants to fund an AI project?
Yes, in France. Bpifrance funds part of the Diag Data IA for SMEs ("Osez l'IA" plan), and training can be funded through the skills development plan. We help you identify the grants you are entitled to.
